ISO9001：2015

The new standard ISO9001:2015 combines the quality management system with the business purpose and strategic direction of the organization, and regards it as a standard for a management system that combines business processes. It is a real business management tool, that is, the need to improve and help business development. The current standard hardly mentions the word "business", but the new standard will explicitly propose business processes. It is an integral part of the organization's overall business plan at the strategic level. The business model shows how the organization creates, delivers, and captures value for those affected by the organization. Shareholders, employees, customers, communities and even the overall national economy are all possible stakeholders. The business model needs to list the organization's mission, strategy, infrastructure, organizational structure, operation process and the process used to implement this business model.
